COLESLAW 
2 qts. or 1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Carrots and celery as much as you like

HOT DRESSING:

1 pt. vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. turmeric

Bring to a boil and pour over cabbage. Keeps in refrigerator for weeks or may be frozen.
