OUR TAKE ALONG CAMP CAKE 
4 c. flour
1 c. shortening
2 c. white sugar
1 c. sour milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. white sugar with 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Rub flour, sugar and shortening together. Measure 1 cup crumbs for top of cake to rest of crumbs. Add milk, eggs, soda and cream of tartar. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Spread the 1 cup of crumbs on top of cake. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Remove from oven. Pour melted butter over cake then sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top.
