NOODLE KUGEL 
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream (or yogurt)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. milk
2 cooking apples
12 oz. wide, flat noodles (boiled and drained)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. brown sugar

Beat together first 8 ingredients until smooth. Combine with cooked noodles, apples and raisins. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 baking pan.

Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over noodle mixture. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 375 for 35 minutes.
