PORK CHOP LOAF 
6 pork chops, brown and season

CELERY ONION STUFFING:

4 c. slightly dry bread cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each pepper and sage
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Combine all ingredients together for stuffing. Cook.

1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter

Then pour over bread mixture. Turn loaf pan on end and place alternately pork chops and stuffing. Bake about 325 degrees for 2 hours.
