NO FAIL FUDGE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Boil, stirring constantly - one minute ONLY. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces until smooth and creamy.

Covers layer cake or 9x13.

Note: May use butterscotch chips also.
