2 c. cut up meat
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

400 degree oven. Grease pie plate. Place meat, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in plate. Mix remaining ingredients until smooth in blender 15 seconds or 1 minute hand mixer. Pour into plate. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
