1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
1 c. shredded process cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/4 inch chunks
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash nutmeg

Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Mix crab meat, cheeses, onions, and pimento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or one minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake in preheated 400 degrees for about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
