JUNGLE CAMP SAUSAGE 
4 lb. ground pork
5 tsp. salt
4 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder (optional)

Mix together in a bowl. Shape into patties, coat with flour; brown. Cover and continue to cook over low heat until well done. (Can freeze mixture for a short time.)
