OLD-FASHIONED PEACH COBBLER | |
4 c. thinly sliced peaches 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. butter 1/8 tsp. salt Blend sugar, flour and salt. Mix with peaches. Heat peaches slightly. Line bottom of baking dish with pastry or biscuit dough with a little more shortening added. Dot on butter. Put on top crust and cut slit. Bake in 425 degree oven about 40 minutes. |
