BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

In double boiler, melt butter and butterscotch chips. Add crumbs and nuts. Press half of mixture in a 9x13 greased pan.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread over crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
