OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 1/4 c. oat bran
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. diced dates
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. skim milk
1/3 c.honey
2 eggs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

In large bowl combine oat bran, nuts, raisins, dates, baking powder and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
