COOKED YELLOW DRESSING 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cold water
1/3 c. vinegar
Dash salt

Beat eggs. Add sugar and mix well. Add water, vinegar and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. When it boils, boil gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keeps fresh one week. Use over lettuce, spinach...can add onion, hard-boiled eggs, bacon pieces.
