PTA BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter, room temp.
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

With electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and chocolate syrup. Mix well. Slowly add flour and salt. Mix in nuts. Flour and grease pan, 11 x 13 inch. Spread mixture evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk plus 2 tbsp.
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Bring first 3 ingredients to boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Spread immediately and quickly on brownies.
