CHOCOLATE SHEATH CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Sift together sugar and flour. Put in mixing bowl. Put butter, cooking oil, cocoa and water into saucepan and bring to a rapid boil. Pour over flour, sugar mixture, beating well. Mix together buttermilk, eggs, cinnamon, soda and vanilla. Pour into other mixture. Then into greased and floured pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts
4 tsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners' sugar

Start icing before cake is done. Put all ingredients (except sugar) into saucepan, bring to a boil. Then pour over the box of sugar and beat well. Remove cake from oven and spread icing on hot cake.
