MAMA'S CHOCOLATE SHEATH CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten

Bring butter, Crisco, cocoa, water to rapid boil. Pour over flour, sugar and beat well. Add eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla. Pour in 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts

Bring all ingredients to a boil, pour over powdered sugar, add vanilla and beat until smooth - add nuts and pour over cooled cake.
