BASIC TOMATO ASPIC 
1 (32 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 tsp. onion juice
4 env. gelatin, plain

Dissolve gelatin in 1 pint of juice. Heat to boiling rest of V-8, but do not boil. Add gelatin mixture. Add onion juice and stir. Pour into mold or 1 quart dish. Chill.
