PEACH PIE 
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. fresh sliced peaches

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter

Pour in unbaked pie shell and cover with crumbs. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 1/2 hour longer.
