JAMAICAN LAMB CHOPS 
6 (1 inch) thick lamb chops
1 c. chutney
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Bake chops until medium well. Remove from oven. Mix chutney, coconut and walnuts. Pour on top of lamb chops. Put lamb chops back in oven on broil until topping is hot and slightly brown on top.
