PINCH CAKE OR MONKEY BREAD 
2 or 3 cans biscuits
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar (optional)
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Quarter each biscuit. Combine sugars, cinnamon and nuts (if used) in a container. Shake or roll biscuits in sugar mixture. "Throw" these into greased bundt pan. Melt butter; pour over biscuits.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool a few minutes. Pull bread apart with fingers and eat.
