AUNT MILDRED'S COCONUT ALMOND
BUNDT CAKE
 
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Pinch salt
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. flour

Cream shortening, butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Add flavorings and then mix in flour alternately with milk. Pour into well greased bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When cool and out of the pan glaze.

GLAZE: 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, 1 cup powdered sugar and enough milk to make smooth glaze.
