APRICOT NOODLE KUGEL 
1/2 lb. med. noodles
3 eggs
12 oz. jar apricot jelly
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 lb. white raisins

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Boil noodles and drain. Melt butter. In bowl, beat eggs and add other ingredients. Smear butter on all sides of pan and then add remaining ingredients. Then add noodles. Pour into pan. Push raisins down. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
