LIME MOLDED SALAD 
1 pkg. lime jello
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c. walnuts (chopped)
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 pt. whipping cream (whipped)
1/2 c. stuffed green olives (sliced)

Dissolve jello in hot water. Cool until thick as molasses. Add cottage cheese, whipped cream, walnuts and olives. Pour into mold and place in refrigerator until set. Remove from mold and place assorted fruits around it.
