TURKEY SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked turkey, cut into chunks
1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
3/4 c. seedless green grapes
3/4 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Ranch dressing
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Season to taste
Romaine leaves

Gently toss all ingredients together. Pour salad mixture onto a bed of Romaine leaves and garnish with slivered almonds. Chill for at least one hour. Makes 6.
