CHEESE-PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello 2 c. boiling water 18 marshmallows, cut up 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 c. whole milk 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. celery and grapes, if desired 1 lg. can crushed pineapple Dissolve first 4 ingredients and add juice from large can of crushed pineapple plus water for 2 cups. Let begin to set, then beat until fluffy. Add large can of pineapple, the whole milk, nut meats and celery and grapes. Pour into mold and refrigerate. |
