CHERRY DELIGHT | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. frozen whipped topping 1 can cherry pie filling 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 3 c. milk Frozen whipped topping Mix together flour, butter, sugar and chopped nuts and press in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove from oven and cool. Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature. Mix with sugar and beat until fluffy. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and spread on crust. Spread 1 can cherry pie filling on top of cream cheese mixture. Beat pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes. Spread over cherry layer and top with whipped topping. Refrigerate. |
