PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (or pineapple supreme)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
1 (20 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. sugar
1 lg. regular vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
Flaked coconut

Mix cake mix with eggs, oil, small pudding and water 5-7 minutes. Pour into 9x13 inch greased pan and bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.

After cake has baked, make holes in cake with fork or toothpick. Combine pineapple with juice and 1 cup sugar and bring to boil until sugar is dissolved. Cook and pour over cake. Make large pudding according to directions and pour over cake, sealing edges. Refrigerate overnight.

Ice cake with Cool Whip and top with coconut.
