1 chicken
1 bottle barbeque sauce
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Cut chicken into desired pieces and place in skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste and pour barbeque sauce and 7-Up over chicken. Simmer on top of stove for 1 hour.
