NO-FAIL BARBECUE CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken part
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

To partially cook chicken: In a 12"x8" microwave-safe baking dish, arrange chicken. Cover with waxed paper; microwave on high for 12 minutes; turning chicken over and rearranging halfway through cooking.

To finish cooking on the grill; brush chicken with barbecue sauce. On grill rack, place chicken directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 10 minutes or until tender and juices run clear, turning once.

Makes 4 servings.
