BAKED CARROT SQUARES 
1 tsp. Sweet 'n Low, brown
1 egg (or egg substitute)
1/2 c. butter, melted & cooled
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients. Place in buttered 8" square baking dish. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 9 squares.

For the diabetic or restricted diets without sugar.
