PASTRY DISH FOR SALAD 
2/3 c. water
5 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. flour
3 eggs

Heat water and butter to boil. Take off heat. Add flour with wire whip. Add 1 egg at a time, wire whipping as you go. Pour mixture into cast iron skillet that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Use as pastry bowl (remove from skillet). Great for chicken salad.
