6 c. diced potatoes
6 green onions
12 slices diced bacon
2 hard cooked eggs

Fry bacon. Add 1 tablespoon of flour to 1/4 cup vinegar and 3/4 cup water. Put into bacon and make gravy. Mix everything together.
