GERMAN KUCHEN 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. lard

Mix like pie dough and save 1 cup of this for frosting. Add to the rest: 1 1/2 c. sour milk

Bake in layer or sheet pan. Then use the cupful you saved for frosting. Bake at 375 degrees.
