ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE IMPERIAL 
4 c. sliced zucchini
1 onion, chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 eggs

Cook zucchini; drain. Beat eggs; stir in mayonnaise, onion, and pepper, cheese, dash of salt and pepper. Fold in zucchini. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
