2 - 3 lbs. sirloin tip roast, cut into 1" cubes 2 cans Golden mushroom soup 1 env. onion soup mix 1 c. wine or cranberry juice Combine ingredients. Cook in crockpot on low for 8 to 12 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours. Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes. Serves 6 to 8. |
