BEEF ROAST | |
4 or 5 lbs. rump roast 2 cans mushroom soup 1 pkg. onion soup Dissolve onion soup with mushroom soup. Do not use any more seasonings. Line pan with foil. Pour soup mixture over roast. Put foil closely around roast leaving enough opening at top for steam to escape. Roast in oven at 300 degrees for 5 hours. |
