KONA COFFEE CAKE 
1 box yellow mix (butter flavor)
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. Beat sour cream until smooth and pour into above mixture. Fold in chopped nuts and 2 tablespoons instant coffee. Pour into 9x13 greased pan and bake at 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

WALNUT TOPPING:

8 tbsp. soft butter
4 tsp. cream or milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
10 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix ingredients together and spread on cooled cake. Broil until sugar melts and topping is lightly brown in color.
