1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese (Light 'N Lively)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 container Cool Whip
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (opt.)
1 c. pecan or walnut pieces (opt.)

Mix drained pineapple, cottage cheese and dry Jello. Also add the optional ingredients if used now. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill until ready to serve in an oblong glass dish. Or you may chill in individual dessert cups.
