LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 yellow pudding cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly, reserve 1 cup. Put remaining mixture lightly in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, juice and 1 egg until smooth. Spread over baked layer, sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes more. Cool and cut into bars.
