LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg, beaten

Mix well by hand and press in 9 x 13 inch lightly greased pan. (Set this aside.)

With fork, mix together:

12 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 box powdered sugar

Save 1/2 cup of this cream cheese mix. Then to remaining mix add 2 eggs, well beaten. Mix well and pour over the mix in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. When completely cooled off, add remaining cream cheese mixture over top, spreading evenly and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Cut into bars. Makes 18 bars.
