NO CHOLESTEROL HOLIDAY EGGNOG 
Egg substitute for 6 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 qts. skim milk
1 qt. vanilla ice milk
Nutmeg

Beat egg substitute and sugar until light and creamy. Add milk and beat slowly. Add ice milk and beat slowly. Pour into punch bowl and top with nutmeg.

NOTE: May fold in 6 beaten egg whites before pouring into punch bowl for added consistency if desired.
