APRICOT BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
3/4 c. butter
1 c. apricot jam

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and oats. Cut in butter until crumbly. Put 2/3 of mixture in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Spread with jam. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut in bars.
