CHILI CHEESE DIP 
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 (15 oz.) c. Hormel chili
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cube cheese and melt in a double boiler or microwave in covered bowl, stirring every minute. When melted add other ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips, or crackers. Also a great sauce for putting over Mexican Food.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
