CHILI CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. can milk chili pepper
1 sm. onion
1 (15 oz.) chili (no beans)
1 (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (10 oz.) Tortilla chips

In 7 x 11 baking dish. Layer cream cheese to cover bottom of dish. Mince onion and spread over cream cheese. Spread chili over onion and cream cheese. Dice chili peppers and juice and spread over chili. Cover this with Monterey Jack cheese. Heat uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted or covered (with 3 to 4 slits) in microwave at 60% power 15 to 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
