CHINESE SALAD 
1 large head of celery cabbage or bok choy, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, any flavor, break up in bag (discard seasonings)
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 (4 oz.) slivered almonds
1 c. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Combine in bowl cabbage and onions and set aside. Melt butter; add 2 packages of broken noodles, slivered almonds and sesame seeds. Brown. Cool. Put into greens mixture. Combine oil, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar in sauce pan. Stir constantly over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over greens mixture when ready to serve. Serve immediately.
