MIDWEST BARBEQUE 
2 lbs. chopped ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water

Simmer together until meat is gray, not brown. Keep breaking beef apart.

In a large kettle combine: 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup 2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. salt

Add meat to catsup mixture and boil "gently" for 40 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Serve on buns. Great for picnics or help yourself parties.
