LO CAL ICE CREAM PIE 
1 pt. (lite) vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) tub of lite whipped topping
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
Yellow food coloring (optional)
1 vanilla cracker pie crust

Mix whipped topping, ice cream and lemonade. Blend in food coloring if desired. Pour into crust and freeze at least one hour (or until fully set) before serving.
