CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE | |
Use which ever chicken parts you like best - legs, thighs or breast. Combined: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. milk Mix well. Place in large casserole 1 1/4 cups minute rice over soup mix. Salt and pepper chicken parts and brush with melted butter. Place on soup and rice and bake at 275 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. One half of this recipe makes 4 nice servings. |
