DEVILED BEETS 
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
3 c. diced, cooked beets

Combine all ingredients except beets in a medium saucepan; cook over low heat about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in beets; cook 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 6 servings.
