EGG-MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. macaroni, uncooked or 3 c. cooked (8 oz.)
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook macaroni and drain well. Cover and chill. Meanwhile, combine eggs, cheese, celery, mayonnaise, onion, mustard, and salt. Stir in macaroni; cover and chill.
