BUTTERMILK BREAD 
3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tbsp. sugar or honey (I use honey)
2 tsp. wheat gluten
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 tbsp. oil or butter (I use corn oil)
2 c. bread flour
1 tsp. salt

Bake on basic setting.

Yield: 1 pound loaf.
